THE AFTERNOON OVER PORTIONS OF WESTERN NEW MEXICO. SNOW LEVELS ARE
EXPECTED TO HOVER BETWEEN 6500 AND 7500 FEET WITH ONLY A COUPLE
HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OF RAIN FALLING BELOW AND POTENTIALLY A DUSTING
OF FRESH SNOW AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS. VISIBILITIES MAY TEMPORARILY
REDUCE TO 3 MILES IN ANY PASSING SHOWERS...AND SOME SLICK SPOTS MAY
LINGER ON HIGHER TERRAIN ROADS. IN ADDITION...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS
WILL PREVAIL WITH SOME GUSTS REACHING 45 TO 50 MPH. THIS WILL CREATE
SOME BLOWING SNOW IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO GENERALLY HOVER BETWEEN 6500 AND 7500 FEET
WITH A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OF RAIN FALLING BELOW AND
POTENTIALLY ANOTHER INCH OF FRESH SNOW AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.
VISIBILITIES MAY TEMPORARILY REDUCE TO LESS THAN A MILE IN ANY
PASSING SHOWERS...AND SOME SLICK SPOTS MAY DEVELOP ON HIGHER TERRAIN
ROADS. AREAS THAT ARE EXPECTED TO SEE THE GREATEST IMPACTS FROM SNOW
WILL INCLUDE THE NORTHERN PEAKS OF NEW MEXICO WITH LESS IMPACTS
FARTHER SOUTH. IN ADDITION...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL PREVAIL WITH
SOME GUSTS REACHING 45 TO 60 MPH. THIS WILL CREATE SOME BLOWING SNOW
IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND STRONG CROSS WINDS ON SOUTHWEST TO
NORTHEAST ORIENTED ROADS.

OF ONLY A FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH. IN ADDITION...STRONG NORTHWEST
WINDS WILL PREVAIL WITH SOME GUSTS REACHING 35 TO 50 MPH. THIS WILL
CREATE STRONG CROSS WINDS ON SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ORIENTED ROADS.
