CONTINUE ACROSS THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY
WILL MOVE TOWARD THE EAST AT SPEEDS FROM 15 TO 20 MPH...WHICH SHOULD
CARRY SOME PRECIPITATION ONTO THE NORTHEAST HIGHLANDS AS THE DAY
PROGRESSES. STRONGER CELLS WILL BE CAPABLE OF A BRIEF DOWNPOUR...
SMALL HAIL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING. THROUGH 2 PM...MOST OF THE ACTIVITY SHOULD FAVOR
LOCATIONS BETWEEN RATON AND THE TOWN OF PECOS.

WINDS UP TO 45 MPH WILL NONETHELESS DEVELOP. STRONGER CELLS MAY ALSO
PRODUCE A FEW CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES.
