WILL FALL WELL BELOW ONE MILE IN SNOW AND FOG AT TIMES. ADDITIONAL
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS RANGING FROM NEAR AN INCH TO AROUND 3 INCHES ARE
LIKELY IN THE LOWER TERRAIN WITH AS MUCH AS 3 OR 4 INCHES IN SOME
SPOTS ALONG AND JUST EAST OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN. GUSTY
WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MOST PASSES AND CANYONS WITHIN THE
CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER
TREACHEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS WITH SLICK AND ICY ROADS. FOR
