ACROSS NORTHWEST NEW MEXICO THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. LOCALLY
HEAVY RAINFALL MAY RESULT IN RUNNING WATER ALONG ROADWAYS. IN
ADDITION TO THE HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...AND OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING ARE LIKELY. AREAS THAT WILL BE IMPACTED
INCLUDE DULCE...NAVAJO DAM...CEDAR HILL...BLOOMFIELD AND TURLEY.

OF SOUTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS....
THOUGH WILL DIMINISH IN INTENSITY. STORMS WILL MOVE TOWARD THE WEST
AROUND 20 MPH. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF BRIEF MODERATE
RAIN...AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
UP TO A TENTH OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE. AREAS THAT MAY BE
AFFECTED THROUGH 1 AM INCLUDE ARABELA...LINCOLN...HONDO...ENCINOSO.
