EASTERN BORDER. MOST CELLS WILL MOVE TOWARD THE EAST OR SOUTHEAST AT
SPEEDS UP TO 10 MPH. STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE
OF WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH...A BRIEF DOWNPOUR...SMALL HAIL AND
OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. AT LOWER ELEVATIONS MUCH OF THE
PRECIPITATION WILL EVAPORATE BEFORE REACHING THE GROUND...BUT WIND
GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE NONETHELESS. THROUGH 530 PM...
