MUCH OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO. MOVEMENT WILL BE TO THE NORTH AND
NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH AND MOST WILL REMAIN NORTH OF A LINE FROM CUBA TO
WAGON MOUND. EXPECT WIND GUSTS RANGING FROM 30 TO AS MUCH AS 40
MPH...VERY BRIEF MODERATE RAIN AND VERY SMALL HAIL WITH THE STRONGER
SHOWERS. RAIN AMOUNTS SHOULD BE A TENTH OF AN INCH OR LESS.
