DOWNPOURS OF ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH TO ONE HALF INCH OF RAIN...WIND
GUSTS TO 40 MPH...DIME SIZE HAIL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL FAVOR THE FAR EAST
CENTRAL PLAINS NEAR THE TEXAS LINE.
