SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO.  THROUGH 300 AM...THE STRONGEST STORMS
CAPABLE OF BRIEF BURSTS OF HEAVY RAIN AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL
IMPACT THE HIGHWAY 380 CORRIDOR BETWEEN SAN ANTONIO...BINGHAM AND
CARRIZOZO...AS WELL AS HIGHWAY 70 FROM RUIDOSO DOWNS TO PICACHO.
ELSEWHERE...AT LEAST ISOLATE STORMS CANNOT BE RULED OUT THROUGH THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS.

AREA TO RATON AND SOUTH TOWARD CIMARRON.  LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL OF
ONE HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE
STRONGER STORMS...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...
PEA SIZE HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

DEVELOP OVER PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
EARLY THIS MORNING.  THROUGH 300 AM...THE ACTIVITY WILL BE
CONCENTRATED FROM THE MESA REST AREA TO NEAR FORT SUMNER TO THE
CAPROCK AREA SOUTH OF TUCUMCARI AND SAN JON.   ADDITIONAL AREAS OF
ENHANCED ACTIVITY WILL EXIST FROM ABBOTT TO MOSQUERO.   THE
SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE NEARLY DUE NORTH TO
SOUTH AT 10 TO 15 MPH.   BRIEF BURSTS OF HEAVY RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO
45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING.   STRONGER CELLS MAY PRODUCE BRIEF PEA SIZED OR SMALLER
HAIL BUT WIDESPREAD SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED.
