FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EARLY EVENING. MOST STORMS
WILL ONLY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING. STORM MOTIONS WILL BE VERY SLOW SO IF ANY STRONGER STORMS
PERSIST OVER A LONGER TIME...THEY MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
