DISSIPATE RATHER QUICKLY ACROSS THE NORTH QUARTER OF NEW MEXICO
THROUGH MID EVENING. MOVEMENT WILL BE TO THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST
AT 35 TO 40 MPH AND MOST WILL REMAIN NORTH OF A LINE FROM CHACO
CANYON TO LAS VEGAS. EXPECT WIND GUSTS RANGING FROM 30 TO AS MUCH AS
45 MPH...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...VERY BRIEF MODERATE
TO HEAVY RAIN AND VERY SMALL HAIL WITH THE STRONGEST STORMS. RAIN
AMOUNTS SHOULD BE FIFTEEN HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OR LESS.
