STORMS WILL ONLY PRODUCE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO
GROUND LIGHTNING. HOWEVER...STORM MOTIONS WILL BE VERY SLOW...AND IF
ANY STRONGER STORMS PERSIST OVER A LONGER TIME...THEY MAY PRODUCE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH COULD LEAD TO MINOR FLOODING. AREAS THAT
