CENTRAL PLAINS. EXPECT MODERATE RAIN WITH BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS TO
PRODUCE AMOUNTS RANGING FROM ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH. IN
ADDITION...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO NEAR
