10 MPH. ADDITIONAL STORMS WERE FORMING NEAR FORT SUMNER... ELKINS...
ELIDA...MILNESAND AND MUCH OF EASTERN CHAVES COUNTY. ALL STORMS
ACROSS THE PLAINS WILL BE CAPABLE OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL...SMALL
HAIL...AND WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH. RAINFALL AMOUNTS AROUND ONE HALF
INCH ARE LIKELY...AND LOCALIZED AREA MAY SEE UPWARDS OF ONE INCH OF
RAINFALL.
