TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH...ALTHOUGH A FEW STORMS IN SANDOVAL
AND RIO ARRIBA COUNTIES WILL MOVE MUCH SLOWER. SOME LOCATIONS THAT
WILL INITIALLY BE IMPACTED INCLUDE EL VADO...LOS PINOS...TRES
