LOCALLY POOR VISIBILITIES IN LIGHT SNOW AND FOG...ESPECIALLY IN
VALLEYS AND DIPS...AND IN SHELTERED SPOTS. FREEZING FOG ON ROADS WILL
CREATE SLICK AND ICY SPOTS...ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES...OVER CULVERTS...
AND IN SHADED AREAS. ELSEWHERE...EXPECT PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH
