SPREAD ACROSS MUCH OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
THROUGH MIDNIGHT MDT. BRIEF WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH ARE POSSIBLE WITH
ANY THUNDERSTORMS ALONG WITH BRIEF HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL.
MOVEMENT IS TOWARDS THE NORTHEAST AROUND 35 MPH. THE MOST WIDESPREAD
RAINS THROUGH MIDNIGHT WILL BE WEST OF A LINE FROM CLAYTON TO CANNON
AIR FORCE BASE. ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF INCH RAIN AMOUNTS WILL BE
COMMON...WITH A FEW LOCALES RACKING UP TO AS MUCH AS THREE
QUARTERS OF AN INCH.

WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST ACROSS AREAS MAINLY NORTH OF A LINE
FROM MOUNTAINAIR TO FENCE LAKE. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY BE BRIEFLY
STRONG ENOUGH AT TIMES TO PRODUCE UP TO DIME SIZED HAIL AND WIND
GUSTS TO NEAR 40 MPH AND WILL BE MOSTLY CONFINED TO LOCALES EAST OF
A LINE FROM CHACO CANYON TO EL MALPAIS NATIONAL MONUMENT. RAIN
AMOUNTS WITH THE HEAVIER SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL RANGE FROM TWO
TENTHS OF AN INCH TO A HALF INCH.
