THROUGH 300 PM MDT...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE
TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 35 TO 40 MPH ACROSS THE NORTHWEST HALF OF THE
STATE. THIS LINE WILL SHIFT SLOWLY EAST-SOUTHEASTWARD THROUGH THE
DAY. CONVECTIVE ACTIVITY WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE AND INTENSITY
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. RAIN AMOUNTS THROUGH 300 PM SHOULD RANGE FROM
TWO TENTHS TO ONE HALF INCH AND ANY STORMS WOULD PRODUCE OCCASIONAL
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES...WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH...SMALL
HAIL AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN. SOME LOCATIONS POTENTIALLY AFFECTED
INCLUDE ALBUQUERQUE METRO...SANTA FE...LINDRITH...EL VADO...NAMBE
