POSSIBLE WITH OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND OUTFLOW WIND
GUSTS TO 40 MPH. AREAS THAT WILL BE IMPACTED INCLUDE CHAMA...

THE MIDDLE AND LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEYS WESTWARD ACROSS THE WEST
CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE LIGHT
IN NATURE WITH RAIN AMOUNTS LESS THAN A TENTH OF AN INCH. A FEW
LIGHTNING STRIKES ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. HOWEVER...STORMS NEAR MORIARTY
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE WESTWARD AND MAY IMPACT THE ALBUQUERQUE METRO
AREA BY 1030 PM. BRIEF HEAVY RAIN...AND GUSTY WINDS WILL BE
POSSIBLE WITH THIS ACTIVITY.

CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PLAINS THROUGH THE LATE EVENING HOURS. STORMS
WILL GENERALLY DEVELOP ALONG OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES AND WILL MOVE WEST
OR SOUTHWEST AROUND 20 MPH. THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF BRIEF BUT VERY HEAVY RAIN...OUTFLOW WIND GUSTS TO 45
MPH...AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
WILL GENERALLY RANGE BETWEEN A TENTH AND ONE HALF INCH WITH THE
STRONGER STORMS. AREAS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED THROUGH 11 PM INCLUDE
MORIARTY...ESTANCIA...MAES...TRUJILLO... AND NORTH CENTRAL CHAVES
COUNTY.
