PLAINS. STORMS WILL MOVE SLOWLY TO THE NORTHEAST. SOME OF THE MOST
LIKELY IMPACTED LOCATIONS WILL INCLUDE CAPULIN...FOLSOM...VERMEJO
PARK...CIMARRON...MORA...OCATE AND GASCON AS WELL AS THE INTERSTATE
25 CORRIDOR FROM LAS VEGAS THROUGH WATROUS AND WAGON MOUND TO RATON.
THE STRONGEST STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH RAPID
RUNOFF...LIGHTNING AND PERHAPS SOME HAIL. GUSTY OUTFLOWS WILL REACH
SPEEDS UP TO 50 MPH BOTH NEAR AND AT A DISTANCE FROM THE
THUNDERSTORMS.

STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH UP TO AN
INCH OF RAIN IN 30 MINUTES...AS WELL AS LIGHTNING...SOME SMALL HAIL
AND GUSTY OUTFLOWS. AREAS IN AND NEAR LUNA...QUEMADO...BINGHAM...
CARRIZOZO...RUIDOSO COULD BE IMPACTED BY THIS ACTIVITY.
