LINGERING SHOWERS AND PATCHY LOW CLOUDS WILL EXTEND ACROSS EXTREME
NORTHEAST NEW MEXICO THIS MORNING.  THROUGH 830 AM MDT...LIGHT
SHOWERS WILL BE LOCATED FROM THE RATON AREA THROUGH FOLSOM AND
CAPULIN TO NORTH OF CLAYTON. THESE SHOWERS COULD PRODUCE A FEW
HUNDRETHS OF AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION.  SINCE SOME
LOCATIONS RECEIVED HEAVY RAIN DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...HAZARDOUS
WATER LEVELS COULD CONTINUE WITHIN ARROYOS...SMALL STREAMS...AND LOW
WATER CROSSINGS ACROSS PORTIONS OF COLFAX AND UNION COUNTIES. ROADS
MAY ALSO BE IMPACTED BY AREAS OF DEBRIS. AFTER A BREAK IN ACTIVITY
LATER THIS MORNING...ANOTHER ROUND OF THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED THIS
AFTERNOON.

SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE
NORTH AND INCREASE IN COVERAGE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND
SOUTH CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THIS MORNING. SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL PRODUCE LOCAL MODERATE RAINFALL IN ADDITION TO GUSTY WINDS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTING. THROUGH 830 AM MDT...MUCH OF LINCOLN COUNTY WILL
BE IMPACTED BY THIS ACTIVITY...THOUGH THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE MOST
COMMON ACROSS THE EASTERN EXTENT OF THE COUNTY. SCATTERED SHOWERS ARE
ALSO IMPACTING EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY WHILE COVERAGE WILL ISOLATED
FROM INTERSTATE 25 WEST. SHOWERS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH ACROSS
THE WEST...THOUGH ZUNI PUEBLO...EL MORRO AND THE INTERSTATE 40
CORRIDOR FROM GALLUP TO GRANTS SHOULD SEE A FEW HUNDRETHS UP TO
ONE TENTH OF AN INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAIN. HAZARDOUS WATER LEVELS ARE
STILL POSSIBLE IN SMALL STREAMS...ARROYOS AND OVER LOW WATER
CROSSINGS. AFTER A BRIEF BREAK THIS MORNING...ACTIVITY WILL INCREASE
THIS AFTERNOON.
