SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO IMPACT
THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS THROUGH THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON INTO THE
EARLY EVENING. THE STRONGER STORMS THROUGH 630 PM WILL BE FOUND
ACROSS EASTERN CIBOLA AND CATRON/SOCORRO COUNTIES. THE CELLS WILL
GENERALLY DRIFT TOWARDS THE WEST/NORTHWEST. SOME OF THE STRONGER
STORMS EAST OF A LINE FROM MARQUEZ TO THE VERY LARGE ARRAY WILL
CONTAIN RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH BUT THE
FOOTPRINT WILL BE SMALL. OTHERWISE...RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE FIFTEEN
HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH OR LESS. OUTFLOW WINDS WILL BE THE BIGGER
CONCERN WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH POSSIBLE.

THROUGH THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING. THE MAIN
FOCUS AREA FOR THE STRONGER STORMS THROUGH 630 PM WILL BE FOUND
BETWEEN MORA TO LAS VEGAS AS WELL AS NEAR TRES PIEDRAS. BRIEF HEAVY
RAIN UP TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH AND OUTFLOW WIND GUSTS TO 50
MPH WILL BE THE MAIN IMPACT. STORMS WILL BE SLOW TO MOVE BUT
GENERALLY DRIFT TOWARDS THE SOUTH AND WEST.

THROUGH THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING. THE MAIN
FOCUS AREA THROUGH 630 PM WILL BE FOUND OVER THE ESTANCIA BASIN AND
SOCORRO COUNTY. SOME OF THE STRONG STORMS WILL CONTAIN FREQUENT
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1.5 INCHES AND
OUTFLOW WIND GUSTS TO 50 MPH. HAIL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE FROM SOME
OF THE STRONGER STORMS OVER THE ESTANCIA BASIN. CELL MOVEMENT WILL
BE ERRATIC AND SLOW THUS PROVIDING MORE POTENTIAL FOR WATER FLOW
ISSUES WITHIN LOW LYING AREAS.

EARLY EVENING. THERE WILL BE TWO MAIN FOCUS AREAS...HARDING/NORTHEAST
SAN MIGUEL COUNTIES ACROSS THE NORTH AND ROOSEVELT...CHAVES COUNTIES
ACROSS THE SOUTH. CELLS WILL TEND TO MOVE TOWARDS THE SOUTH/SOUTHWEST
AT 10 MPH OR LESS. OUTFLOW WINDS AND BRIEF HEAVY RAIN WILL BE THE
MAIN IMPACTS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1.25 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN A
VERY SHORT PERIOD. OUTFLOW WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 40 TO 50 MPH WILL ALSO
BE POSSIBLE. COMMUNITIES SUCH AS MOSQUERO...MILNESAND AND ROSWELL
WILL MOST LIKELY BE IMPACTED.
