SUCH AS SIERRA BLANCA NEAR RUIDOSO NORTHWARD TO THE CHUPADERA MESA
AND THE RIDGES NEAR CLINES CORNERS. VISIBILITY MAY REDUCE TO 3 TO
5 MILES.
