NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO THROUGH THE EVENING.
MOVEMENT WILL BE TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 25 TO 30 MPH. THE
STORMS WILL IMPACT AREAS NEAR CHACO CANYON...CUBA...LINDRITH...
CANJILON...TIERRA AMARILLA...AND CHAMA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE
FROM AROUND ONE TENTH TO ONE HALF INCH. BRIEF BURSTS OF SMALL HAIL
AND WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. OCCASIONAL CLOUD
TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY ANY PASSING STORM.

A FEW SHOWERS AND PERHAPS A RUMBLE OF THUNDER WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE
EAST SLOPES OF THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS THROUGH THE EVENING.
JUST NORTHWEST OF LAS VEGAS...STORMS HAVE BEEN TRAINING OVER THE SAME
AREA FOR THE LAST SEVERAL HOURS...INCLUDING AROUND EL PORVENIR...
SAPELLO AND WATROUS. RUNNING WATER MAY BE FOUND IN ARROYOS
AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY THROUGH 9 PM WILL
REMAIN IN THESE AREA...THOUGH A FEW SHOWERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE
ALONG THE PEAKS OF THE SANGRE DE CRISTOS. INDIVIDUAL STORMS WILL MOVE
TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 20 MPH. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
RANGE FROM ONE TENTH TO ONE HALF INCH.
