TIMES...WITH LOCAL VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER MILE IN THE
LAS VEGAS AREA. THIS WILL IMPACT INTERSTATE 25 BETWEEN LAS VEGAS AND
RATON. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR SUDDEN REDUCTIONS IN
