LEAST 1 PM...EXPECT SNOWFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE AND ONE AND HALF
INCHES TO GENERALLY ACCOMPANY THE HEAVIER SNOW BANDS NEAR AND NORTH
OF A CUBA TO LOS ALAMOS TO COWLES LINE. IN THE ALBUQUERQUE METRO
AREA...EAST CANYON WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT IN A SHADOW EFFECT
THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON THOUGH RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS WILL STEADILY
INCREASE IN COVERAGE.  DIFFICULT TRAVEL WAS REPORTED ALONG STATE
