MOUNTAIN CHAIN THROUGH MID TO LATE MORNING.   VISIBILITIES LESS
THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE HAVE BEEN OBSERVED NEAR ALTO AND
RUIDOSO...CLINES CORNERS...CLOVIS...AND FORT SUMNER.  PATCHES OF
LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY ALSO BE ENCOUNTERED. GRADUALLY IMPROVING
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AFTER 10 AM AS TEMPERATURES SLOWLY
MODERATE. MOISTURE DEPOSITED ON ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES BY THE FREEZING FOG COULD RESULT IN ICY AND
SLICK CONDITIONS FOR BOTH VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS.
