ACCUMULATE AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES OF FRESH SNOW BEFORE 8 PM.
SOME SNOW PACKED AND ICY ROADS ARE EXPECTED ALONG INTERSTATES 25 AND
40...AND ALSO ON U.S. HIGHWAYS 64 AND 87. VISIBILITY WILL REDUCE TO
LESS THAN A HALF MILE AT TIMES IN PERIODS OF HEAVIER SNOW. FOR THE

MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS BETWEEN 40 AND 55 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED
THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. STRONG CROSS WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED ON
SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ORIENTED ROADS SUCH AS U.S. 54 NEAR AND 285
NORTH OF ROSWELL. IN ADDITION...SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO
DRIFT SOUTHEASTWARD...DROPPING SOME RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE AND
TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH. SOME LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE
UNDER STRONGER SHOWERS...WITH PERHAPS A LIGHTNING STRIKE AND SOME
ENHANCED WIND GUSTS. A CHANGE OVER TO SNOW WITH LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS
