ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
TO DEVELOP OVER THE HIGHER PEAKS OF THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS THIS
AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE TO THE SOUTH BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH
INTO THE EAST CENTRAL PLAINS. BRIEF PERIODS OF HEAVY
RAIN...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO
40 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE ALONG WITH SMALL HAIL WITH THE STRONGEST
CELLS. QUICK FLASH FLOODING MAY OCCUR IN LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND
ARROYOS WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN...ESPECIALLY IN AREAS THAT RECENTLY
RECEIVED RAIN. THROUGH 5 PM...SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD BE IMPACTED
INCLUDE GASCON...LOS ALAMOS...LAS VEGAS...AND ANGEL FIRE.

STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN...OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS UP TO 40 MPH. SMALL HAIL WILL ALSO BE
POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGER STORMS. QUICK FLASH FLOODING MAY OCCUR IN
LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND ARROYOS WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN...ESPECIALLY
