NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST ACROSS EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PLAINS AND
WEST INTO LINCOLN COUNTY...ALL OF IT WELL SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40.
THROUGH 430 PM MST...THE HEAVIEST BANDS OF SNOW WILL BE NEAR AND
SOUTH OF A LINE FROM ROSWELL TO CLOVIS. SNOWFALL RATES WITH THESE
HEAVIER BANDS WILL STILL REACH THE ONE HALF TO ONE INCH RANGE PER
HOUR....BUT DUE TO SLIGHT AFTERNOON WARMING ADDITIONAL
ACCUMULATIONS DURING THIS PERIOD SHOULD NOT EXCEED AN INCH OR TWO.
