CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A QUICK ONE OR TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH OF RAIN...
WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...AND A FEW CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES.
AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY OVER SOUTHEAST COLORADO WILL MOVE INTO THIS AREA
LATER THIS EVENING AND SERVE AS FOCUS FOR MORE SCATTERED STORMS WITH
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. A COUPLE FAVORED AREAS THROUGH 830 PM WILL
STRETCH FROM CIMARRON TO MAXWELL AND RATON...CAPULIN...FOLSOM...
AND GRENVILLE.
