ACTIVITY OVER THE NORTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS. LOCAL MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 35 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGER THUNDERSTORMS. OTHERWISE...
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL RANGE FROM A FEW HUNDRETHS TO ONE OR TWO TENTHS
OF AN INCH. COVERAGE WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE
WEST DURING THE PREDAWN HOURS.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS WITH LOCAL DOWNPOURS
OF HALF AN INCH TO ONE INCH OF RAIN...WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...DIME TO
NICKEL SIZE HAIL...AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING STRIKES. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE A FEW TENTHS OF AN
INCH IN AREAS OF SHOWERS. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL FAVOR THE
EAST CENTRAL PLAINS...WITH DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS OVER CHAVES AND
ROOSEVELT COUNTIES. SOME OF THESE STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE...
PRODUCING ONE INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS OF 55 MPH.
