MEXICO THROUGH THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. INITIALLY...AREAS IMPACTED WILL
BE ALONG THE TEXAS BORDER AND IN THE PECOS RIVER VALLEY...BUT THE
FOG WILL BECOME MORE WIDESPREAD TOWARD THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
VISIBILITIES MAY DROP BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES...CREATING
DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. AREAS THAT MAY BE AFFECTED THROUGH 5 AM
INCLUDE ROSWELL...DEXTER...CLOVIS...PORTALES...MILNESAND...ELIDA AND
MELROSE. IF TRAVELLING IN THESE AREAS...USE CAUTION.
