UPPER RIO GRANDE VALLEY. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL MOVE TOWARD THE
EAST AT SPEEDS UP TO 10 MPH. MUCH OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL EVAPORATE
BEFORE REACHING THE GROUND...BUT WIND GUSTS UP TO 45 MPH WILL BE
POSSIBLE NONETHELESS. STRONGER CELLS WILL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF A BRIEF
DOWNPOUR...SMALL HAIL AND OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
