PATCHY LOW CLOUDS AND FREEZING FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER NORTHERN NEW
MEXICO DURING THE LATE NIGHT HOURS. VISIBILITIES MAY FALL TO ONE
OR 2 MILES IN A FEW LOCATIONS...INCLUDING THE RATON AREA. FREEZING
FOG ON ROADS WILL CREATE SLICK AND ICY SPOTS ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES
AND OVERPASSES. MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION AND ALLOW
ADDITIONAL TRAVEL TIME. USE LOW BEAMS...REDUCE DRIVING SPEED...AND
ALLOW FOR PLENTY OF ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND OTHER VEHICLES.
