APPROACHING 1 INCH PER HOUR WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR MINOR FLOODING.
STRONGER CELLS WILL ALSO BE CAPABLE OF WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH WITH
SMALL HAIL AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. LOCATIONS FAVORED FOR
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL INCLUDE THE VICINITY OF DULCE AND THE AREA FROM
VERMEJO PARK TO COSTILLA.
