SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS UP TO 45 MPH...AND OCCASIONAL TO AT TIMES
FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES. FAVORED LOCATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE
CHACON...BLACK LAKE...OCATE...RAYADO...CIMARRON AND PERHAPS SPRINGER.
RAIN AMOUNTS IN THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY COULD REACH AS HIGH AS A HALF
TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS MAY PRODUCE SUDDEN
