THE HIGHLANDS...MOUNTAINS AND MESAS OF NORTHERN NEW MEXICO INTO THE
EARLY AFTERNOON. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL MOVE TOWARD THE
NORTHEAST AT SPEEDS FROM 15 TO 25 MPH. STRONGER CELLS WILL BE
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A BRIEF DOWNPOUR...WIND GUSTS TO 45 MPH...SMALL
HAIL AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING. THROUGH 145 PM...MOST
OF THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD FAVOR THE MOUNTAINS NEAR THE COLORADO
BORDER.
