ABOUT 5 TO 15 MPH. A BRIEF DOWNPOUR...ERRATIC WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH...
AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING STRIKES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH
STRONGER CELLS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY REMAIN LESS THAN ONE
