CENTRAL MOUNTAINS...WHERE SNOWFALL AMOUNTS MAY BE UPWARDS OF
ONE INCH THROUGH NOON. ELSEWHERE...RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE LESS THAN
A TENTH OF AN INCH. AREAS THAT MAY RECEIVE LIGHT RAINFALL INCLUDE
