  BETWEEN 60 AND 70 MPH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS MORNING...
  WITH THE PEAK GUSTS EXPECTED SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE. STRONGER
  WINDS ARE LIKELY TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.
