* LOCATION...EAST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST PLAINS.

* WINDS...NORTH/NORTHEAST BETWEEN 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50
  MPH.

* TIMING...THIS EVENING AND OVERNIGHT.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALIZED BETWEEN 1 TO 2 MILES DUE TO BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL OCCUR ALONG INTERSTATE
  40 AND TRAVELERS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
