* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS NEAR 50 MPH.
  SHIFTING OUT OF THE WEST TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH TONIGHT AND
  TUESDAY.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO LESS THAN 1 MILE AT TIMES ACROSS DUST
  PRONE LOWER ELEVATION AREAS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...IN ADDITION TO AREAS OF BLOWING DUST...
  HAZARDOUS CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST AND
