* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BE BELOW WIND ADVISORY
  CRITERIA ACROSS MAJORITY OF THE AREA INTO THIS EVENING...THOUGH
  A FEW SPOTS MAY WELL STILL EXPERIENCE SPEEDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH
  WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH THIS AFTERNOON INTO EARLY THIS EVENING.
  WEST TO SOUTHWEST WINDS TO INCREASE TO BETWEEN 35 AND 45 MPH
  WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 55 AND 70 MPH LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY.

* TIMING...THE STRONGEST WINDS BY FAR ARE LIKELY LATE TONIGHT
  THROUGH MONDAY EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...NO WIDESPREAD RESTRICTIONS EXPECTED...THOUGH
  LOCALLY DURING THE DAY MONDAY A FEW AREAS OF BLOWING DUST MAY
  REDUCE VISIBILITIES BELOW 3 MILES ON OCCASION.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH TO SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADS. STRONG WIND GUSTS IN THE HIGH TERRAIN WILL BE
  CAPABLE OF TOSSING AROUND LOOSE AND LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS.
  POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY EVENING
  MAY DOWN POWER LINES AND CAUSE ROOF DAMAGE. THOSE PLANNING
