NORTHEAST QUARTER OF NEW MEXICO...CENTRAL HIGHLANDS AND SANDIA
AND MANZANO MOUNTAINS INTO TUESDAY. THERE WILL BE LULLS IN THE
STRONGER WINDS...ESPECIALLY TONIGHT...BUT OVERALL WINDS WILL
PERSIST THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. LIGHT SNOW WILL ACCOMPANY THE
WIND OVER THE SANGRE DE CRISTO MOUNTAINS...RESULTING IN POOR
