* LOCATION...THE HIGH TERRAIN OF CENTRAL NEW MEXICO.

* WINDS...WEST 25 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...EARLY SUNDAY MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED IN DUST PRONES LOCATIONS. BLOWING
  SNOW IS ALSO POSSIBLE IN AREAS THAT PICK UP A COUPLE INCHES.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH/SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADWAYS. TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR LARGE AND HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES.
