CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN THIS MORNING RESULTING IN STRONG EAST WINDS
IN THE RIO GRANDE AND UPPER TULAROSA VALLEYS...IMPACTING AREAS
FROM ALBUQUERQUE TO BERNARDO AND CARRIZOZO. GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH ARE
POSSIBLE. STRONG EAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EVENING
HOURS.
