A HARD FREEZE WILL BE POSSIBLE LOCALLY IN SOME SHELTERED AND LOW
LAYING AREAS.

  SHELTERED AND LOW LAYING AREAS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...TENDER VEGETATION AND ANIMAL DRINKING WATER WILL
  LIKELY FREEZE. EXPOSED WATER PIPES...HOSES AND IRRIGATION
  SYSTEMS MAY FREEZE AND BREAK.
