* LOCATION...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN NEW MEXICO...
  GENERALLY ALONG/SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 40 AND ALONG/EAST OF
  INTERSTATE 25.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 35 TO NEARLY 50 MPH WITH GUSTS
  BETWEEN 55 AND 65 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG TO POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL DEVELOP EARLY
  TO MID MORNING...MOST LIKELY PEAKING THIS AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...PATCHES OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
  BELOW 3 MILES ON OCCASION ACROSS THE LOWER TERRAIN. SOME BLOWING
  SNOW WILL BE LIKELY ACROSS THE SOUTH CENTRAL AND SANDIA/MANZANO
  MOUNTAINS WHERE 3 TO 6 INCHES MAY ACCUMULATE...LOCALLY HIGHER
  OVER THE PEAKS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH TO SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADS. STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL BE CAPABLE OF TOSSING
  AROUND LOOSE AND LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS AND MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO
  ROOFS AND DOWN POWER LINES.

REMEMBER...A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS DAMAGING WINDS ARE IMMINENT
OR HIGHLY LIKELY. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR

* VISIBILITY...NO WIDESPREAD VISIBILITY RESTRICTIONS EXPECTED...
  THOUGH A FEW AREAS OF BLOWING DUST OR EVEN SNOW MAY REDUCE
  VISIBILITIES BELOW 3 MILES ON OCCASION ACROSS THE LOWER
  TERRAIN.
