  ROOSEVELT...AND CHAVES COUNTIES.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES AT OR BELOW 28 DEGREES BETWEEN 7 AND 9
  PM AND CONTINUING THROUGH THE 8 O CLOCK HOUR TUESDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...MINIMUM READINGS SHOULD GENERALLY RANGE FROM 22
  TO 28 DEGREES ACROSS MOST LOCALES WITH POCKETS OF TEMPERATURES
  IN THE UPPER TEENS IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL HIGHLANDS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...MEASURES SHOULD BE TAKEN TO PROTECT TENDER OR
  SENSITIVE VEGETATION...INCLUDING POTTED PLANTS...WHICH COULD
  BE DAMAGED OR KILLED. EXPOSED WATER PIPES OR IRRIGATION
  SYSTEMS COULD ALSO BE IMPACTED.
