* LOCATION...SOUTHWEST MOUNTAIN REGION FAVORING THE HIGHER PEAKS.

* WINDS...WEST/SOUTHWEST 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS BETWEEN 40 TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED BETWEEN 10 AM TO 2 PM.

* VISIBILITY...HIGHER PEAKS WITH ANTECEDENT SNOW COVER SHOULD SEE LOWER
  VISIBILITIES DOWN TO 1 MILE DUE TO BLOWING SNOW.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...GUSTY CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT MAINLY SOUTHEAST
  TO NORTHWEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS. RECREATIONALISTS CAMPING IN THE
  HIGH COUNTRY WILL BE IMPACTED MOST.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALIZED BLOWING DUST DOWN TO 3 MILES POSSIBLE BUT
  MORE IMPACTS ACROSS THE HIGH TERRAIN WITH ANTECEDENT SNOW COVER
  LIKE SIERRA BLANCA PEAK.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...GUSTY CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT MAINLY SOUTHEAST
  TO NORTHWEST ORIENTED ROADWAYS. HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES WILL BE
  MOST AFFECTED BY THE WINDS ON MOST HIGHWAYS.
