* WINDS...SOUTHWEST WINDS INCREASING TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50
  MPH.

* TIMING...SOUTHWEST WINDS CONTINUE TO INCREASE...WITH PEAK WINDS
  FROM MID TO LATE AFTERNOON. WIND SPEEDS WILL DECREASE GRADUALLY
  THROUGH LATE EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED IN BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS MAY TOSS OBJECTS ACROSS ROADS.
  DRIVERS OF LARGE OR TALL VEHICLES SHOULD EXPECT BRIEF LOSS OF
  CONTROL...ESPECIALLY ON HIGHWAY 54 AND HIGHWAY 380 ACROSS
