  CORRIDOR FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LINE TO GALLUP AND THE CONTINENTAL
  DIVIDE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS AROUND 60 MPH.

* TIMING...VERY STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO LESS THAN 1 MILE AT TIMES IN DUST PRONE
  LOWER ELEVATION AREAS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WINDS OF THIS
  MAGNITUDE CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE AS WELL AS DOWNED
  TREES AND POWER LINES.
