SWEEP EAST FROM ACROSS ARIZONA AND NEW MEXICO TODAY. STRONG TO
POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD OF THE TROUGH...WITH
THE HIGHEST WINDS OVER THE NORTHERN SACRAMENTO...CAPITAN AND
