* LOCATION...MUCH OF THE AREA EAST OF THE CENTRAL MOUNTAIN CHAIN.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST FROM 25 TO 35 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL
  GUSTS TO NEAR 50 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL PEAK DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON THEN DECREASE
  THIS EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...POTENTIAL FOR BRIEF LOCALIZED REDUCTIONS TO LESS
  THAN 5 MILES IN BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSSWINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH TO SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADS. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL LIKELY BE IN AND NEAR
  THUNDERSTORMS...WHERE BRIEF GUSTS TO AROUND 60 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.
  VISIBILITIES COULD BE REDUCED BRIEFLY TO UNDER 1 MILE IN
  HORIZONTAL SHEETS OF DRIVING RAIN.
