ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM MDT MONDAY.

* LOCATION...THIS INCLUDES QUAY...CURRY AND ROOSEVELT COUNTIES.

* WINDS...NORTH TO NORTHEAST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50
  MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS WILL DEVELOP BEHIND A COLD FRONT
  THIS EVENING. STRONG WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE EARLY
  MORNING HOURS ON MONDAY.

* VISIBILITY...LOCALLY REDUCED TO 1 TO 3 MILES IN BLOWING DUST.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...LOOSE OBJECTS AND TUMBLEWEEDS MAY BE TOSSED
  ACROSS ROADS. THOSE DRIVING HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES MAY ENCOUNTER
  DIFFICULTY DUE TO CROSS WINDS...INCLUDING ALONG INTERSTATE 40.
