* LOCATION...THE CHUSKA...WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST MOUNTAINS AS
  WELL AS THE WEST CENTRAL PLATEAU...INCLUDING THE INTERSTATE 40
  CORRIDOR FROM THE ARIZONA STATE LINE TO GALLUP AND THE VICINITY
  OF THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE.

* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL QUICKLY AND SUBSTANTIALLY INCREASE BY MID TO
  LATE MORNING TODAY WITH THE STRONGEST WIND SPEEDS EXPECTED FROM
  MIDDAY THROUGH EARLY EVENING.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO LESS THAN 3 MILES AT TIMES ACROSS DUST
  PRONE LOWER ELEVATION AREAS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...DANGEROUS CROSS WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL
  DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. WINDS OF THIS
  MAGNITUDE CAN RESULT IN PROPERTY DAMAGE AS WELL AS DOWNED
  TREES AND POWER LINES.
