WIND WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 AM TO 10 PM MST MONDAY.
THE HIGH WIND WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATION...THE SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS...EASTERN LINCOLN
  COUNTY...CURRY...ROOSEVELT...CHAVES AND DE BACA COUNTIES.

* WINDS...WEST TO SOUTHWEST 35 TO NEARLY 50 MPH WITH GUSTS
  BETWEEN 55 AND 65 MPH.

* TIMING...STRONG TO POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL DEVELOP EARLY
  TO MID MORNING MONDAY...MOST LIKELY PEAKING MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...AREAS OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
  BELOW 3 MILES ON OCCASION ON THE LOWER TERRAIN. SOME BLOWING
  SNOW WILL BE LIKELY ACROSS THE SOUTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS WHERE 2
  TO 5 INCHES MAY ACCUMULATE...LOCALLY HIGHER IN THE VICINITY OF
  SIERRA BLANCA.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL IMPACT NORTH TO SOUTH
  ORIENTED ROADS. STRONG WIND GUSTS WILL BE CAPABLE OF TOSSING
  AROUND LOOSE AND LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS AND MAY DOWN CAUSE
  DAMAGE TO ROOFS OR DOWN POWER LINES.

  EARLY TO MID MORNING MONDAY...MOST LIKELY PEAKING MONDAY
  AFTERNOON.

* VISIBILITY...AREAS OF BLOWING DUST MAY REDUCE VISIBILITIES
  BELOW 3 MILES ON OCCASION ON THE LOWER TERRAIN. SOME BLOWING
