CENTRAL PLAINS...

.UNUSUALLY HIGH LEVELS OF MOISTURE IN THE LOWEST PORTIONS OF THE
ATMOSPHERE OVER MUCH OF NORTHWEST...WEST CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST NEW
MEXICO HAVE RESULTED IN LOCALLY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING. THE
FOG WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS BEFORE DISSIPATING.
WITH TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING ACROSS NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL
NEW MEXICO...THERE IS POTENTIAL FOR BLACK ICE ON THE HIGHWAYS...
ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.

FOG ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THIS MORNING.

* LOCATION...CURRY COUNTY.

* TIMING...AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING
  BEFORE DISSIPATING.

* VISIBILITY...OCCASIONALLY DROPPING TO ONE HALF MILE OR LESS.

* LOCAL IMPACTS...THE CLOVIS AREA WILL BE IMPACTED...AS WELL AS
  HIGHWAYS 60 AND 84.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL BE FREQUENTLY
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE. MOTORISTS SHOULD DRIVE WITH

  BELOW FREEZING. THIS INCLUDES INTERSTATE 40 FROM NEAR GALLUP TO
  THE ARIZONA BORDER...HIGHWAY 64 FROM NEAR FARMINGTON TO THE
  ARIZONA BORDER AND HIGHWAY 491 FROM SHIPROCK TO GALLUP.
