...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TO 6 PM TODAY FOR THE
EAST CENTRAL PLAINS DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

.Very dry and windy conditions will continue today over the east
central plains where another round of critical conditions are
likely. Marginal critical conditions are also likely for portions
of central New Mexico however cooler and more stable conditions
will mitigate the potential today.

...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 6 PM MST THIS
EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag
Warning...which is in effect from noon today to 6 PM MST this
evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* AREA AND TIMING...East Central Plains this afternoon.

* 20 FOOT WINDS...West/northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Minimum values of 9 to 13 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please advise the appropriate officials or fire crews in the
field of this Red Flag Warning.
