NORTHWEST PLATEAU AND NORTH CENTRAL MOUNTAINS BELOW SIGNIFICANT
SNOW PACK DUE TO STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITIES...

.WIDESPREAD CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS HAVE CEASED WITH THE
SETTING SUN...SO TODAYS RED FLAG WARNING WILL BE ALLOWED TO
EXPIRE. STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL REDEVELOP WEDNESDAY AS AN
